He leads each job by handling the work personally and staying engaged from the first conversation through to completion. That hands on involvement helps him give every vehicle focused attention, while making sure customers can speak directly with the person responsible for carrying out the work.
Customers know who is looking after the job and can discuss their needs directly with Michael. He takes time to understand the situation, treats each vehicle with care, and remains involved as the work is completed.
